Lovely hotel

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff always willing to help you. Rooms are small but functional and comfortable double bed. The hotel has good facilities and the food is very good. The only issue is that the car parking access does not have any signage and the roads surrounding the hotel are very busy with double and triple parked cars. Apart from this a very enjoyable stay.

More cheap than eco-friendly

The so-called eco friendly messaging is just a way of covering up for doing things on the cheap. The air conditioning was turned off, even though it was 25 degrees. We had to sleep with the windows open at night. The fitness center was hidden away in back of the bar. The desk clerk had to open it. Of the three machines, two were broken. There were also no towels.

Excellent Hotel, location was just 8 mins walk to Centro Comercial Oeste. The room was impeccable, breakfast was very good with fresh fruits every morning and they make my coffee as I requested every morning. I had a car and the parking was very easy to get in-out and I love the parking elevator take me to my room-floor. I stayed 7 days and I feel like it was my home. Will be in Madrid again in the next 4 months and will stay at Majadahonda Hotel.

I was given a room that had someone in it. Then reception desk didnt seem to believe that the room was occupied when i told them. Ultimately, they had no other room available and i had to find another hotel. Awful experience

El hotel está ubicado en muy buena zona, cercano a muy buenos centros comerciales, habitación de 32m2 era espaciosa sin embargo El hotel en general estaba limpio, pero la experiencia no fue satisfactoria. La cama era incómoda, con una superficie irregular y sin forma plana, lo que dificultaba el descanso. El cubrecama tenía un olor rancio en lugar de un aroma fresco y limpio, las sábanas eran blancas pero percudidas y se veían desgastadas, además las almohadas no tenían protectores. Las toallas eran muy pequeñas finas de poco grosor y también estaban gastadas. En general, las instalaciones y la calidad del servicio resultaron bastante básicas y no corresponden a lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Det var en god oplevelse at bo på Hotel Majahonda. Personalet var venligt og serviceminded. Beliggenheden er god, hvis man har arbejdsopgaver, der ligger i den del af Madridregionen. Der er cirka 20-25 minutters transport med bil til Madrid og offentlig transport er ikke en særlig realistisk mulighed.
