It's only feet away from Puerto del Sol. The hotel is on the 4th floor by elevator. It's all self assist, no fron deak. Your access codes and room keys are all available when needed. The small space is the tradeoff for the location. We covered a lot of Madrid from his central spot. Hundreds of shops and restaurants within easy reach. Will return.

Excellent central location. Stayed in one of eight rooms in an apartment . Very pleasant nicely decorated room with ensuite and use of shared kitchen/ dining area. Having access to a kettle , coffee machine , toaster and microwave etc made for a comfortable stay. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Very good.

Great location. Room was brilliant. Clean. Staff was very helpful. Only negative thing was: They dont have secure luggage room. You can leave your luggage in common area in the hotel but no warranty. And luggage storage Machines are absurd expensive at Madrid. It was 15-20eur for one day. Even at Switzerland it was 12eur for day.

Definitely recommend

Loved everything... Except 2 minor things... Excellent location.. apparently right by the center of the city, but... A little bit difficult to move with the laggage to the closest metro OR for car pick up/dropoff. The street the hotel is located on is fully Padestrian.. a little bit difficult.. but not such a big deal... Second... The place was great... Tiny, but cozy... Loved the fact that with the window closed, you can't hear some inconsiderate people yelling in the middle of the night... Super quiet.. tiny, but privet bathroom was a plus... Minor problem though... Noticed a little mold around the sink... Which easily could be fixed. Other than those small things... I would definitely recommend this place.. would stay there again myself. Elevator is a big plus. Easy to get in and out.

First of all this is not the normal accommodation I book but disappointed after all. I stayed in there for 2/3nights recently and I wouldn’t stay there again because of misleading information and was confusing. Check in process is via online only but it didn’t work properly and was stressful. Alba herself stays in there and hung around always but no reception/ front desk and no storage room either, no soundproof wall it could’ve been noisy in the building and the staff are and from next door! There are refrigerators/units if needed, providing some snacks, a tea/ coffee but no milk. Great location & some weird stuff.

Very nice little B&B with perfect location and some charm. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that the street is very lively and you can hear it. But we will gladly come back the next time we're in Madrid.
