The property and location were incredible. The only downside was the construction outside the hotel renovating the square. Which was not the hotels fault. The staff was kind and helpful, making reservations for a Flamenco show and a cooking class, as well as directions and recommendations.

I thought this property was a great stay. It was expensive but worth the money. They have a beautiful rooftop bar, where they offer complimentary drinks to guests. The rooms are quite tight, but we were only there for one night. The rooms and hotel are very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend it, as you are also a 20-minute walk from everything you want to see.

Property is in need of a huge refurbishment. Yes it is the iconic Victoria hotel but this is by no means the standard of a Melia ME. The hotel smells of weed and there is a lot of construction work going on outside of the hotel starting early on a Saturday morning so don’t intend to sleep in. The shower was mouldy and room was damp. No hotel management at weekend so staff are helpless.
