No air conditioning, lift partially works and if you are at the 5th floor..., during the booking it was not declared that it was a room without bathroom, but shared bathroom. Not a problem but not too much clean. I wouldn't come here next time. Sure it is practical for the location

Very nice location close to a metro that takes you to Gran Via and other areas of Madrid. The check in process was slightly inconvenient, as it was at a different site from the place I was actually staying at. Aside from that, my stay here was very nice. The facilities were passable and I felt safe while I was here.

Super location, comfy rooms in Madrid.. Unfortunately, support there is limited only through WhatsApp, though they answer promptly...On my first day Wifi wasn't at all accessible, then I learned the same from other newcomers...The building has 6 stages and the lift was often out of order during m'y stay, compelling all residents to climb up the stairs. Good option despite thèse évents..

Took me an hour to be checked into my room. Terrible communication and service (or absence of it). Asked to store my small backpack since my flight was in the evening but was not allowed to even though I could clearly see other people’s luggage kept in a hallway. Noisy at nights. Wanna save your time and mental health - don’t stay here.

The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the metro station. It is extremely noisy, especially at night, as there is a nightclub right next to the hotel. The floors creak loudly, and you can clearly hear people coming and going. There is no air conditioning in the room—only a fan that doesn’t cool the air, which is unbearable when it’s over 30°C outside. There was no room cleaning or towel change during our stay. For two people, there was only one set of towels provided. The bed was not The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the metro station. Despite the fact that the neighborhood was amazing and that I booked for 10 nights, I couldn’t sleep not even for one night in this property. The level of cleanliness of the bedroom, the shared bathroom, the smell in the apartment was disgusting! The management was not helpful at all and would not refund a penny from this stay! A total waste of money, time and energy! I arrived at night and as I couldn’t stand this horrible apartment, I had to book a hotel in the neighborhood that was way above my budget (5 times more than this one! )… Definitely would not recommend to stay there!

Pros: Close to metro station. Fairly Clean It has a shared kitchen for you to cook or wash clothes. Affordable Private room Cons: No programming on t.v, just a few local channels with really bad antenna reception. A theatre below room 108, they sometimes party all night long and it's impossible to sleep because of the noise. I lived one of those nights! There are 2 washing machines but no clothes dryer . They don't pick up your trash from the room or clean it, or change your towels for your entire stay. There's nobody to take care of your needs on site. You have to call them at another property and sometimes they are not reachable right away.

Al hacer la reserva no caí en cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen baño y era compartido. El descanso fue imposible, el ruido de otros huéspedes toda la noche se escuchaba intensamente, como si se durmiera en la misma habitación. Es un lugar para que se hospeden jóvenes estudiantes y no profesionales que van para fines laborales.

Muy bien ubicado, limpio, fácil acceso, habitaciones funcionales, solo que si eres de las personas que se despiertan con cualquier ruido no será buena opción pues en la esquina de la calle hay un bar y un teatro de los cuales se escucha un poco el jaleo en fin de semana y si hay que decir algo que no me gustó fue que la TV nunca se pudo ver, para mí no fue problema pero seguramente habrá alguien que si le gustaría tener bien este servicio. En general yo me la he pasado muy bien 👍

Es bastante ruidoso afuera gente gritando e insultando con malas palabra. Luego tuve mala e periencia porque no funcionaba la puerta de afuera habia que esperar que alguien saliera con ese frio esperando para poder ingeesar al edificio. Luego lo arreglaron despues de una semana áun asi tampoco se arreglo habia que usar un codigo unico todos los que estabanos ahi para ingresar

No me fue bien. Primero tardaron varios dias en arreglar la puerta de la calle tenia que uno esperar afuera con frio hasta que alguien viniera o poder ingresar ya que era por codigos el ingreso. Hubos jnos dias que fallo el wifi y ademas la gente de la calle queda al lado de un bar o un lugar donde se oian gritos de vujgaridades y groserias que no dejaban dormir. La primera semana no me arreglarion la habitaccion el dia que me tocaba con cambio de sabanas y toallas por la extension que habia hecho ? Que tiene que ver eso tuve que reclamar y la hicieron al dia siguiente. Todo esto lo hice saber a Hoteles .com h no me resolvieron nada
