A highly convenient hotel for our one night stay before taking high speed train to Northern Spain. The main rail station is undergoing extensive renovations but the hotel is operating as usual. We ate at the restaurant with both menu of the day or normal menu available. Service was quick and food was nice too. Breakfast served in same area the next day and plenty of food choice to cater for differing tastes. Hotel room was comfortable and clean.

We liked the location p, the proximity to the train station. It allowed us to have a longer sleep before taking the train. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good , large buffe. We didn’t like the dinner, the quality was poor and expensive.

Good train stop if arriving late or leaving early. Convenience is handy after a long tired day of traveling. Convenient restaurant so you don’t even have to go out if you are not up to it. Good place to unwind and regroup after busy travel day. Staff helpful as booked a 315am taxi to airport and driver was waiting at front desk. A bit expensive but worry free as I was traveling alone and older ! Worth it !

I was surprised because we stayed above a train station but the property was well maintained and the location made it very easy to travel outside to various locations. I think why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the shower had no doors and all the water ran throughout the bathroom. You needed to use half their towels to sop up the water. Beyond that the place was good and convenient for travel.

Location wise was perfect if you’re taking train or metro in Madrid. Hotel was a bit old, however room is spacious. One little minor is when check in, seems no indication where to check in as there is a Starbucks next to reception (which I didn’t aware) and staff did not welcome the guests.

We had an overall great stay. It was very convenient to be so close to the train station. Location is fantastic! The rooms were quiet, even with the surrounding construction. The roadside construction interfered slightly with walking around the hotel, but eventually we managed to get to the restaurants in the area. It was hot in Madrid while we were there, but the AC made the rooms comfortable. No gym or pool, laundry service very expensive. But breakfast was superb!

Great hotel location next to station, very handy from that aspect. It will be even better once all the construction works at and around the station are complete as that was not great. Staff friendly and welcoming and breakfast was a highlight.
