Prime location in Barrio de Salamanca, its clean, nice and luxurious. Great breakfast. Rooms are quite smaller than advertised, service is sub par, if you can avoid Hotel staff your experience will improve. Good for short trips with little luggage.

Unfortunately there was no hot water for over 24 hrs plus. I moved to the sole room in the groundfloor with a bit of water and not for long. Problem was with a pump. These things cannot happen in a 5 star hotel with matching price.
