Excellent location! Right off the Gran Via - easy walks to transportation, tons of restaurants and shopping near by. Excellent customer service - front desk was friendly and knowledgeable; she answered all our questions. They also were able to check us in a little early and stored our luggage both before and after our stay. Hotel needs some updating - beds were a little uncomfortable. Sheets were clean but seemed worn. Of course we spent little time in the room as we were busy exploring the beautiful city! Great hotel especially for the price!

This stay was a quick overnighter to catch an early flight. The staff was very helpful in securing transportation and making dining recommendations. The lobby and location was great. The condition of the room, however, was disappointing and in need of an update... there was significant wear and tear including cracks in the bathroom sink, water damage up the side of the bathroom door, well worn bed linens, etc.

As a group of ladies, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a room with 4 single beds, plenty of room and comfortable, with a fridge. Lovely shower. Conveniently located for all the main attractions. Palace only 10-15 mins walk. Extra praise for the lovely receptionist, who was really friendly and helpful.

Really nice Hotel!

Great hotel in the center of Madrid! Very good prices, they have a continental breakfast for a surcharge. Room was very nice. We were on a family trip and we were 4 people. We were able to book a room with 4 beds, very comfortable and with a lot of space. Highly recommend it!

The stay suited us as we are a family of 3. Easy to book and the option of the 1 room with 3 seperate beds was great. Didnt have the breakfast but they dining looked good. The reception were very helpful and we could store our bags u til our late evening flight. Great value and a super central location.

Great location

The hotel is in a great walkable location! The staff was friendly and provided recommendations when we asked. The only downside is that the rooms get very hot (80°+), even if they turn off the heat to your room. We had to leave windows open as long as we could before going to sleep to get to a comfortable temp. Then we would wake up steamy. It's all manageable but something to note.

We had a nice stay except the very noisy street. Even with the window closed, we still heard people, trucks, sirens at all hours of the night. The 10 Euro breakfast was not included. It was average. No eggs were offered. The front desk and cleaning staff were very attentive.

The hotel is beautiful, friendly staff, easy check in, nice rooms and very clean. A 4-5 minutes walk from the Santo Domingo Metro station. If you want to enjoy La Gran Via this is definitely a great place to stay!

A decent hotel in central Madrid. Great value, clean and a warm welcome from the staff. There's a couple of Metro stations nearby and Aquí Santoña - Tienda y Tapas over the road is a great place for tapas.

I will not recomend this property to any one. Hallway had a very unpleasent smell. Stains on halway carpet. Roomvery small. We couldnt sleep at night due to out side noise. Staff was not friendly . There was no hot water the evening we arrived and we were told to wait till morning as they cant to any thing about it. Very bad experience

Lo mejor es la ubicación, esta muy céntrico, a unas cuadras de la Gran vía, a 15 min del parque el retiro y tiene varias estaciones del metro cerca. Las habitaciones cumplen su función, son pequeñas pero tienen lo básico. Habitaciones limpias y el personal la verdad es muy amable y servicial. En el desayuno no había tantas opciones pero también cumple su función.
