Has the best location in all Madrid. Only on block from the best street of the city. Very safe and easy to move in taxi. The location is very very amazing. The rooms are renovable and th staff is veey nice.

Good value for money paid

Very good location and friendly staff. Two subway stations (different lines) are nearby. Breakfast was super, you can find anything to suit your taste - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh vegetables, fruits, a variety of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, jams, cereals. You also have mineral water, juices, coffee, cocoa, and tea. I recommend this accommodation.

A very pleasant experience at Hotel Serrano. Spacious clean rooms , great breakfast, nice bar area . Not a flashy or luxury hotel but it is elegant . Excellent location next to Serrano street and many shops and restaurants. Very good value for the price. Highly recommended .
