One of the best 5 star hotels in my opinion, perfect location, excellent service, and great amenities! Especially impressed by the outstanding communication skills of the staff and overall efficiency and effectiveness of responses to requests. A grand old hotel has become truly modern and world class. Whilst they (housekeeping) had a couple of coordination issues, I would recommend the Ritz and look forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Was the first time we stayed there in Madrid , I had stayed in other hotels that are five stars but this one is more like 10. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you for the attention, next time in Spain I will only stay there., no need to look anywhere else.

My first stay at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid was one of true decadence and ease. Before we even walked through the doors, we were greeted at the car for our luggage to be collected with the most care and joy-filled staff. The check-in process was rather seamless and again the staff showcased the ultimate care for us. The hotel is a showroom that is both inviting, warm, cozy and opulent. The scent awakens all the emotions of what a beautiful stay in the equally beautiful city of Madrid should feel like. The gym, pool and spa services were impeccable. I enjoyed both a massage and facial and was thoroughly impressed by the level of skill and care from my therapist as well as the entire spa staff. I would only recommend that the pool area remain open longer- at least until 11pm. I enjoyed in-room dinning, at which I was very impressed as well. This experience goes down in my travel journal as a top 5 best in-room dinning I've experienced. The cuisine was excellent but, more over, the staff was incredibly meticulous and caring. Breakfast in the main resturant is beautiful and delicious with beautiful bright natural lighting pouring in and an array of selection. I cannot wait to return and make The Ritz Madrid my newest hotel tradition. Thank you to each and every staff member that made our stay so incredibly memorable. Sin duda doy un 10 de 10 al Mandarin Oriental Ritz de Madrid: ¡una experiencia hotelera de primer nivel! Desde el momento del check-in, el personal nos recibió con amabilidad, profesionalismo y una calidez que nos hizo sentir bienvenidos y cuidados desde el primer instante. El nivel de servicio durante toda nuestra estancia fue simplemente excepcional: genuinamente personalizado y siempre con una sonrisa. Lo que realmente distingue a este hotel es cómo todo el equipo, desde limpieza hasta restaurante, spa y bar, trabaja con el mismo estándar alto y con alegría. La habitación siempre estaba impecable, con pequeños detalles atentos que marcaron la diferencia. El personal del restaurante fue atento, profesional y muy amable: cada comida fue una experiencia de lujo. El bartender preparaba cócteles excelentes y siempre tenía tiempo para una charla agradable. Incluso el personal del spa fue muy profesional y se aseguró de que realmente pudiéramos relajarnos. El gimnasio también merece una mención especial: bien equipado, moderno y con un ambiente tranquilo, perfecto tanto para entrenar como para desconectar.
