The hotel's airport shuttle was easy to contact with Whatsapp and was top notch in terms of ease and efficiency. My request for early check in was fulfilled and allowed us to rest earlier after a very long flight. These types of service are very much appreciated and we will definitely return more often, and recommend to our families and friends, to try this very efficient airport hotel in Madrid. THANK YOU.

The rooms are very nice, the bed comfortable, the staff very polite and helpful, the restaurant staff was excellent, the food was very good and the prices reasonable. The airport shuttle was on time, but that can use a bigger shuttle it fills up fast. The only short coming was a lack of other dinning options KFC was the only other food we found in a short walking distance.

Just a room near the airport before we catch our early flight out. Modern hotel with room/bathroom quite large, bed was comfy. Nice xtra bathrobes. Dining room was a savior in an area with local eateries that open very late (Spanish time).We signed up because of the free shuttle to the airport but was told all were booked (even when got there quite early). The cab they arranged for us costs 35 euros for a very short trip. No early breakfast either, what a bummer.

The staff were helpful. The pool was closed for the season, which was the primary reason I chose the hotel. Also the a/c didn’t keep cooling all night and my room got warmer and warmer. They told me to open the window, but it was very noisy, bright and next to a construction site. Not a restful time as I had hoped
