The hotel is located right next to the center of the Puerta del Sol. It is very convenient located for you to enjoy to sites the city has to offer. For you to get to the hotel, you have to walk for almost a block because the street where it is located is pedestrian and cars cannot stop at the door to the hotel.

The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful to accommodate us. We were friends traveling forty three days from country to country with large luggages and the staff was able to provide us with a bigger room at not extra charge. We felt safe. Everyone was friendly. The hotel cleaning ladies were wonderful. The hotel is of off Puerta del Sol, great location and closed to everything. The hotel could use some renovation or make over. Overall good place with comfortable beds.
