This is my new go to Hotel when I am in Madrid. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, was so pleased to have a balcony on my room and the view was incredible. The staff was professional and courteous… And always helpful. The housekeeping staff was amazing and so friendly. Great location always felt safe. Lots of places to eat and very close to public transportation. It felt like a home away from home. I look forward to staying again the next time I am in Madrid.
