Great staff! Very clean and comfortable. Location was extremely easy with vehicle. Metro a block away with a direct 30 minute ride into Madrid city center. Safe quiet area with great restaurants within walking.

Excellent airport hotel. Large room with comfortable king bed and awesome bathroom. Shuttle service was excellent from and to the airport. Note there is a free going to the airport. There is a metro station a few minutes walk away which can get you to central Madrid within half an hour. I would definitely use this hotel again when I am in Madrid.

The hotel is in a perfect location and has very nice rooms, restaurant, and helpful staff. I just warn - in summer, the rooms are HOT. This is not the hotel's fault per se; apparently, Spanish law will not allow their room air conditioning to be set below 21C. And that seems like an ok number, but it wasn't. Perhaps if their fans could be set to blow on high constantly that might move the air. Also, the toilet and shower have partially frosted glass as their only barrier between them and the open room/sink area. We were two friends there, not a couple. It lacked privacy a bit. All in all, though, it was not a bad choice for a quick overnight to get to the airport easily the next day.
