Diego and Cecilia stood out A LOT from the rest of the staff in terms of education and eagerness to help us with anything we needed. The hotel is clean, beautiful and everything made us feel like we were in a good place to stay. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is centrally located on Gran Via, but be aware this is like the Tines Square of Madrid. The property was clean and nice with bottle filling stations on each floor. There is a great rooftop bar and a small pool that was very refreshing to help combat the summer heat. The staff were always very helpful and accommodating. The room was small, but had a nice king size bed.
