Cleaning staff was exceptional. Had gluten free options which was nice. Magnetic cards to Open hotel room failed 2/3 times. This was pretty annoying.

Super convenient location, super close to the metro station and was able to walk to restaurants, shopping centers, and the Gran Via. Hotel room was nice and clean as well with super friendly and accommodating staff, was able to help out with any problems or questions we had no problem. Highly recommend.

Good breakfast buffet. Great location with plenty of options to dine and shop nearby. Close to the subway station and within walking distance of the main Madrid attractions, but not in the middle of the super touristy and super busy areas of the city.
