Centrally located in Madrids central district. Although there was a lot of noise outside, the rooms were quiet. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Hotel appears to have been updated rexnetly and everythibg was in excellent shape.

This was our first time in Madrid, and the Hotel Francisco was an excellent place to spend it. We were there for two weeks, and everything about the hotel was wonderful. Overall, the entire place has a modern, clean look. There is a small lobby with an adjacent lounge with a bar and snacks. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. One night my wife went down to the lounge after closing to ask if she could get some tea, and the bartender (Mai) set her up with a tray with a small electric kettle, pot, mug, and tea bags to take to the room.
