Very happy about everything! It was not very good sound isolated, so noisy from the hall in the morning. The gym could have had some dumb balls and other equipment. But the location, staff and cleanness were great! I’m very satisfied and would recommend it!

Good , clean property. Dont expect early check in even on a long overnight international flight. Kinda disappointing. Also temperature in room is unregulated and very humid borderline hot. There was no fans or access to circulation, only a small opening of a.window.

This is very nice hotel by looking at their website and I liked the contemporary design, including the room. We stayed for 3 days. However, a few things which were disappointments. The both bath room and bedroom are spacious but vanity is so small and we were not able to put our wash stuff on the vanity. I booked queen bed and it turned out to be a full bed. Also we planned to have breakfast included and somehow it was not. We have all breakfast’s included for all other hotel. It could be our mistake forgot to pick breakfast. But, at least, the website is not friendly. However, we had a nice stay

Everything was fine except the first night I was there I was given a room on the first floor that was so cold. When I asked about it I was told that all the heat at the hotel had been turned off because it was spring even though it was cold and rainy outside. But my friends who were on a different floor. They had heat. well as the lobby. So I requested a room change the next day. they were very accommodating and they did change my room and it was nice and warm

Excellent value for money

This hotel is excellent value for money. It’s in a great location by fashionable Chueca and close to Alonso Martinez Metro station. The staff were very helpful and polite. The decor is super and the rooms huge. The only downfall was that the carpets in the halls needed a good hoover. Apart from this the hotel is faultless. It will definitely be my hotel of preference for all my trips to Madrid

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We were visiting Madrid this time for a special occasion and booked and paid for a superior room with a terrace. However on arrival I was told that we could not have a superior room as the Air conditioning was not working on that floor and we were downgraded to a standard room. The air con was working on that floor though!
