It was like staying in a ramada Inn on a highway in the 1990's because the hotel was FAR from Madrid the city. We went 8 train stops, a long bus ride and longish walk to get there from Madrid. We were in the middle of an industrial area--not even in Pinto, the town where the train station was. This hotel should not be advertised as a place to stay in Madrid, Spain. The room was large and comfortable, except we couldn't get the air conditioner to stop and we were cold.

Maybe at the time, this was a 4-star hotel, but not anymore. The executive suite has a bed made of springs and a terrible pillow. Terrible back pain. Despite this, the room is nice and allows one to relax. Nice restaurant service. Breakfast was generous in variety, but the quality didn't seem that good.

Good hotel, but wish it was more quiet

Nice hotel with unique private parking. Close to Ciemposzelos. Try and get a room far away from the lobby because it gets noisy and rooms are not soundproof.

It's quite possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Paper thin walls, doors slamming at all hours of the night, misleading photos of rooms/amenities, ripped bed sheets, no functioning TV, and worst of all, lumpy beds. Regardless of it's convenient location it offers nothing else. At this price I could've stayed at the Ramada and gotten some actual sleep with 0 else.

I got there on Friday afternoon and there was no manager on duty because of Friday and wouldn’t be one till Monday. The receptionist was a very young girl with no experience and there were more than 15 people in line to get their rooms!!! She wouldn’t give us what we reserved and wanted to give us a room with 2 separate beds! After shouting and screaming, we managed to enter what we booked. Stay away and forgo there!
