Excellent service! They were very helpful with the check-in process even when I arrived way early to the checkin time. The room was clean and perfect for me. It is walking distance for most of the main spots in Madrid. I will stay again, hopefully soon. I love Madrid!

The room we rented was quite big and comfortable. Location is close to Plaza Mayor and there were lots of restaurants not in the vicinity but about a 5 minute walk away. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room or at least by reception The only problem we had was that we were not told that the hotel was on the fifth floor of the building. Luckily there was someone there that told us where it was.

Exactly what you need. The necessary and big enough. Check-in was a little bit complicated... Because y didn't see the message they sent me. Very central, a lot of things in walking distance and bus stop directly in front of the door.

The location is very convenient. It’s walkable to all the places we wanted to go. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is on the 5th level so you get to see locals staying in other floors. The room is great! It’s spacious, modern, and has basic hotel amenities available. It’s clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. Just a minor nitpick, the walls are thin so you can hear people talking in the lobby which can be loud at times.

The hotel is in the most excellent location within the walking distance from all the major landmarks. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and polite. Our room was ready well before the check in time. However the rooms are very small. There are no drawers, closets, safe boxes. If you just need a place to stay, it will be perfect.

This is a nice, safe, centrally located hotel. The rooms are very small but spotless and comfortable. The hotel is a perfect place just to rest after a day of sightseeing. Restaurants, shops, sites and the Metro are all just steps away. Friendly staff.

Everything was very good. The hotel has an excellent central location with easy access to public transportation, including a direct metro connection to the airport. Most major historical sites are within walking distance. If you walk around 10,000 steps a day, you can easily see almost everything. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
