Hotel is located on Gran Via right accross from the Callao metro station, great location near restaurants and shopping, also not far from the Plaza Mayor, Puerta Del Sol and Prado area. The breakfast is good, the room is basic but clean and comfortable. We’ll probably stay here again when returning to Madrid.

The room is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast has many variety and delicious for the price paid. Staff is very friendly and helpful with luggage storage and VIP lounge like rooftop area that has great views of the Gran Via.
