The place is in the heart of the city. The SOL station is around the corner. Area full of shops, bars, restaurants and night life. Staff was very pleasant. I got the single room with pvt bath, hot water all the time. The price was good, compared to any place in the area. Can't complain.

Worst experience yet

Worst place to stay at in Madrid. No amenities at all. Run down room with poor furtinure and awful small and uncomfortable bathroom. But the worst part was having the room full of bedbugs. Avoid at all cost.

Ich fand das Zimmer sehr sauber und habe mich wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind nur sehr hellhörig, man hört leider jeden Ton. Für ein Wochenendtrip ist das aber absolut in Ordnung.

Logement vétuste mais propre. Bien situé. Décevant le dernier jour : nous avions commandé un taxi pour 5h du matin pour l'aéroport à la réception, le personnel nous a dit que quelqu'un viendrait nous chercher à notre chambre, personne n'est venu et nous avons donc du nous débrouiller pour en trouver un autre, la réception étant fermée
