The place is in the heart of the city. The SOL station is around the corner. Area full of shops, bars, restaurants and night life. Staff was very pleasant. I got the single room with pvt bath, hot water all the time. The price was good, compared to any place in the area. Can't complain.

Worst experience yet

Worst place to stay at in Madrid. No amenities at all. Run down room with poor furtinure and awful small and uncomfortable bathroom. But the worst part was having the room full of bedbugs. Avoid at all cost.

Desde un principio la atención fue estupenda , las recepcionistas resolvieron de una forma muy profesional un inconveniente que tuve yo mismo al momento de elegir la habitación ,fue mi culpa. La habitación estaba en perfecto estado de limpieza, el colchón muy cómodo y el baño impecable. Lo recomiendo 100 × 100. La calidad que hay con relación al precio, la supera por lejos y sobre todo muy conveniente, a dos pasos de puerta del Sol todos los trenes, plaza Mayor y muchos puntos de interés
