I like the staff, the place is very safe. Only thing is the mattress. Also need more bathrooms, and to fix the water because after a certain amount of people shower it stays cold

Love to come back here

The staff were friendly and keep it tidy often the time. You can charge devices right next to bed and laundry (washing and drying) service is available. Actually staff is at the reception all the time so that check in can be made after midnight as well. The only thing I did not like was air mattress. So far it was pleasant stay for me

The mattress and pillow were comfortable. The bedroom was cooled well. The staff was friendly. The place was really clean. My only suggestions are more hooks and/or shelves in shower rooms for clothes and towel and keep toilet paper stocked in bathrooms.

Need working lockers as the ones with codes all have the same code, and it isn’t possible to use your own padlock. Also there are no towels despite that they advertise it. Beds are extremely squiky and moves a lot if someone moves a bit (even those beside you as the rooms are 20 bed rooms standing close to each other). Staff is nice but knows no English, so can be hard to communicate. Metro station nearby is close so have to walk 16 minutes to the metro.
