Room was spotless and quiet. Bed comfortable and both reception and cleaning staff friendly. Positioned in an excellent location, just 250 metres from Gran Via where there are beautiful buildings, and within walking distance of Prada Museum, Royal Palace, Park de Retiro and main shopping.

Nice, clean and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. It’s all Convenient to everything. 2 blocks away is McDonald’s and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The street address itself is like the SoHo of Downtown Manhattan. I’ll definitely come back to this place next time around.

The room and private bathroom were both very clean and it was generally comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well, and the location was perfect, right next to Gran Via. My only complaint is that because the rooms are right next to the lobby, you can hear everything that’s happening (TV, people talking and working, etc.). Also, every night that I stayed, I could constantly hear people showering, using the bathroom and even what I perceived to be people cleaning the bathroom, many times as late as 2:30-3:00am, so I did not get good sleep, even with earplugs and a sound machine.

Very nice hotel clean and quiet near the metro 3 minutes walk from gran villa a lot of places to eat around it’s nice to stay there if you’re not looking for luxury hotel i stay there 3 nights i went for a Real Madrid game and I enjoyed it ! Also super friendly staff on front desk very helpful !

The Hostal was very nice. The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It’s in the center of Madrid and is a great value for money. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it worked really well for us.

Sonsoles was the right place to stay. Located in Chueca and close to all the central area of Madrid. The staff is beyond polite and professional. Always there when I needed them. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family. The only thing I’d suggest is: the shower at room 329 needs and requires a “grab bar”. I was close to slip inside the shower and had nothing to hold.

We traveled to Madrid after visiting the south if Spain. We were exhausred. Thebplacevoffered confirt for an affordavñe and céntrico place in Madrid, close to everything. Close to gran vía, Calle Hortaleza, shoes, restaurantes etc. It was the perfect place to stay. Metro and bus stop very close. .
