It was wonderful. We had the bunker bed and twin private room. There was a shared bathroom, but it’s not a problem. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and people that arrive that there wasn’t any space left she would call other places to help them find a place.

El problema con la habitación es que su baño es demasiado pequeño con una tina muy chica a la que deberían por lo menos poner tiras antiderrapantes ya que mi acompañante sufrió una fuerte caída en la misma.

As instalações são muito boas e a região é central, permitindo fazer muitas coisas a pé. O único contratempo foi o elevador, que não funciona, já que o HOSTAL fica no 3 andar do prédio, sendo difícil subir tantas escadas. No mais, foi tudo muito bom!

Basalt hotel men location, location, location.

Fantastisk beliggenhed meget tæt på Puerta del Sol (absolut centrum) til en lav pris. Hotellet er dog meget basalt med bad men kun koldt vand… i vores bruser, ingen rengøring selvom vi var der fra onsdag til søndag, noget nedslidt og trænger til en renovering. Meget larm fra gaden dog forventeligt i centrum. Anbefales hvis beliggenhed er altafgørende, men ellers ikke.

La propiedad bien, pero la recepcionista de Cuba está a otro nivel en amabilidad y simpatía. Es un gusto llegar y que te reciban con cariño. Además las habitaciones estaban impecables. Lo único malo es que el internet funciona muy mal y que faltan enchufes dentro de la habitación. El resto, todo muy bien!!

Important to read this review.

I booked private room that has private bathroom, you can hear the noise of the other rooms until 4 AM, also you can hear the noise of the cars in the street and the people outside, also the room, bed and bathroom are very very very small, I booked for 5 nights and after the first night I asked for early check out and they told me that they will not refund any any thing even the price of 1 night. I checked out and booked in another hotel so I don’t recommend any one to book here. I don’t like to do bad reviews but I think it’s a must to every one to know before he book here.
