Great easy check in, fortunate room was ready for us at 13:00 as was expecting to leave bags and check in later. Spacious room, we had a city view triple which was clean, functional and located just one block off to Gran Vin. Would definitely stay here again for location and low cost of room.

Great location in the city centre and excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and quick to deal with any issues. I stayed in a single room, which was compact but met everything I needed. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a power socket near the desk in my room, so it was a bit awkward to charge my laptop.

The room was a bit small—just enough for a solo traveller. The AC was working but not the quietest. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast buffet. The selection wasn’t great and it was mostly pre-packaged food. If you’re going to Madrid Pride, the location of this hotel is perfect. It’s close to all the action, including one of the parks for the big nightly concerts.

I loved the bright spacious and beautiful rooms here. My room was a double and had two lovely balconies overlooking the street. The ceilings were vaulted, and there were nice amenities like desks, closets, hangers, and a safe. I always miss having a coffee maker in my room, but there was a lovely breakfast that included coffee, fruit, and a nice assortment of breads, meats, and cheeses. The location is fantastic! I could walk to the Prado and the train station- and all the beautiful plazas.
