Really late checkin (2pm) and confusing process

Mixed feelings. First of all the checkin time is way too late (2pm) thats a bit rough and for that reason alone I wouldnt book again; the other offputting part of the stay is that its very confusing to just checkin. we went to the address of the hotel and when we buzzed we were told to go around the block. we spent some time trying to find the second location. The room itself was nice and very much in the heart of the city. So again not all terrible, depends on what you need. Not much service.

Trip to Madrid with my daughter

It’s really nice the area where the hotel is right in the downtown area there is many restaurants and shopping stores are close also there are many cafes where to have breakfast in the morning also there is a pastry shop that makes delicious fresh bread everyday and sandwiches for very little money

check in in a different place (around the corner). Rooms are located in 4th floor. Very old and unstable stairs. No elevator (get ready to walk 4 floors with your luggage). Very small place, very basic and poor shower

Location good for central bars, clubs and restaurants and shopping/metro at puerta sol. 4 flights of uneven stairs make these rooms (its not really a hotel or hostal, that is the twinned marasca round the corner where you need to collect keys) unsuitable for anyone infirm or inactive and a pain for anyone returning after a long day or dropping shopping in quickly. Its not very modern or particularly comfortable, bed and bathroom tiny, linen and towels tiny and old. Its cheap and passable. Don't expect any more. check in staff courteous and mostly helpful.

Hostal en buena ubicación, lo mejor que tiene. La habitación espaciosa pero con limpieza mejorable, baño muy pequeño y casi no salía agua en el grifo de manos. Por no decir que es un 4o sin ascensor!

El personal es muy amable, no pasó la tarjeta dónde sería el pago y aún así nos esperaron y no vendieron la habitación. Lo malo es que el hotel está en un cuarto piso , y subir las maletas es un verdadero caos. No apto para personas con equipaje grande o personas mayores

Es ist nur ok, das Gebäude ist wirklich sehr alt und die Zimmern sind auf dem fünften Stock ohne Aufzug. Das gute ist, dass das Hostel im Zentrum liegt und in der Nähe viele Geschäften gibt. MfG

El personal no es muy atento, la recepcion es en otro hotel y luego debes ir caminando hasta donde queda el hotel. No tiene ascensor y debes subir varios pisos para llegar a las habitaciones. La habitacion esta muy bien aunque no tiene nada de iluminacion, en terminos generales estaba limpia. La ubicacion es la mejor, queda a un cuadra de puerta del sol.

Voyage dans Madrid

Très bon séjour dans la ville de Madrid où il y a beaucoup de magnifiques monuments à voir. Le principal inconvénient pour moi qui voulait avant tout dormir la nuit est le bruit de la vie nocturne qui, malgré de très bonne fenêtres s'invite dans la chambre avec en plus le ron-ron de la clim que l'on est obligé de garder allumée la nuit. La chambre était bien spacieuse et très propre. Peut-être faudrait-il penser à changer certains matelas. La salle d'eau n'est pas toute jeune mais assez spacieuse. Le principal inconvénient est les 4 étages à monter avec les valises. Je pense qu'au milieu de la cage d'escaliers il y aurait la place d'installer un ascenseur. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable et le système de consignes très utile. Je recommanderai volontiers cet hôtel.

Céntrico y agradable

La habitación es espaciosa (era una triple) pero el baño es un poco pequeño para ducharse y usar el lavabo. La ubicación es perfecta porque tienes el metro muy cerca y estás a un paso de Sol. El único inconveniente es que no tiene ascensor pero si buscas un lugar para 1 o 2 noches y que esté limpio es un lugar perfecto.

Gracias, en general muy bien, lo mejor la ubicación en todo el centro de la ciudad, aunque es con escaleras así que recominendo no llevar muchas maletas.
