Staff was very helpful and gave us a warming welcome. A/C wasn’t working, it seems that they disable the units when it isn’t summer. Location is absolutely wonderful, it is in the middle of everything, train and metro are at walking distance.

Hotel good , very clean and location unbeatable!! The male receptionist is super amable , helpful and make check in super easy . U have everything u need for ur stay . The only bad thing about the location is because it is a closed street for cars prepared to walk to the location when u arrive or leave to take ur taxi ( maybe a block no more than that . Otherwise the place is awesome for ur stay in the city of Madrid

Fist staff who helped for check in was not that friendly. My fiend was not allow to get to room wirh me to help me getting my luggage inside room Facility is not that clean, when you pass the main door in floor 0 the place has a strong smell like humidity or dirty water. Night staff was friendly and helped me with instrucciones on how to get around city by taxi and uber.

The Staff attention was good. The room was clean and they clean it and change the towels daily. It was noisy, you can hear voices, doors open/close and stepping. Smoke odor in the hall and sometimes come in the room. The location was excellent!
