We stayed as a family with a small child. The hostel did not seem to prohibit a smoking indoors, so the entire hostel and rooms were filled with smoke. All three of us left in the morning with a horrible cough. The staff is lovely and the amenities are clean. The building is old and the rooms do not insulate any noise, so we hardly slept. We felt like we smoked a pack of smokes though, horrible experience, specially for our ten year old.

The property was over an hour away from Madrid by bus or 45 euros by Uber. There was no hot water in the shared bath and the beds were not comfortable.

Horrible experience

Not flexible after explaining a canceled flight situation. Asked y can charge 2 nights and refused because of the cancellation policy. No air conditioning. Don’t recommend it.

Staff open the front door at 6am or 7am let all the main areas open with proper heating conditions while your room got frozen and the corridor to the bathroom and unheated , so when you have to use the bathroom the changing temperature from the room to the bathroom got me a clod which I am still suffering due to my room was in the main entrance at street level

Las fotos no se corresponden con la habitación que reserve, confié en las fotos que se muestran en la página. No hay armario, ni mesillas de noche, ni edredón de plumas. Además el colchón era incómodo y deformado. La limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear. El baño tampoco se corresponde con la foto que se publicita. Buena calefacción. Buena atención en la recepción.

Zona tranquila y para hacer un poco de turismo por Madrid sin agobios es suficiente. Aseo compartido pero siempre limpio. Habitación usada solo para dormir, por lo demás las instalaciones están acorde al precio pagado (quizas a tener en cuenta una restauración no le vendría mal al edificio, como alguna capa de pintura etc) por lo demás contentos y dar las gracias por el trato recibido.

El personal de atencion al cliente no se toma el tiempo para revisar las reservas, mas cuando es noche, simplemente dicen que la reserva no existe. Llame a las 9:00 pm para informar que llegaria y me dijeron que la reserva no existia y me toco dormir con mi hija de 12 años en el aeropuerto

Bonito lugar en un bonito pueblito. La gente son super amables y hay mucho para conocer en ese pueblo. Hay una terraza en ese hostel super bonito para descansar y hablar con la gente. Está cerca del aeropuerto en coche. Noelia fue super con nosotros y con nuestros papas. Siempre ayudante con nosotros!

La verdad no sé cuánto cobraron pero tenía mejor expectativa de lo que presentaban en el lugar en la foto que vi el comienzo el baño y la habitación estaban adentro no era compartido iba incluido en la habitación el baño definitivamente es uno de los peores hoteles que he estado

El ambiente de una casa tradicional de madera, iluminación bonita y romántica (una lastima que mi mujer no estaba conmigo), acogida sin complicaciones, es como estar en su propia casa.
