Overall a great pitstop to stay at before catching a flight. The shuttle system provided was great and affordable. Friendly staff as well and rooms were quite nice. The only thing I want to address is for the supper service, I am not pleased with whoever manages it or handles the shift scheduling for that, because they were severely understaffed and the poor waiter was doing everything to manage how busy they had gotten, such as taking orders, bringing out food, cleaning up finished tables, seating guests, answering questions, translating for the bartender etc. It really makes you feel bad as a customer when you can see employees struggling. And keep in mind this is a complaint against whoever isn’t staffing the supper service properly, NOT a complaint against the waiter. They did an incredible job.

Only stayed one night. Arrived in Madrid early AM and was able to take the shuttle to the hotel. Although I was very early, the got a room ready and I was able to check in by 10:30 am. The accommodations were very nice.
