Check-in is a hassle could be simplified. From morning getting messages from staff o plan it and they won't turn up on time. Waited 30min in 4C. Key to the building entrance, as others mentioned, does not work easily. Other guests struggled with getting in. Room looks superficially clean. Check your socks though :) dust and hairs. Walls are super thin, you hear everything. Shower is miniature, flooded the bathroom floor and corridor. Staff seems caring though. Just probably too much for them to manage.

Very centrally located and close to the station as we needed to take an early morning train. Restaurants, pharmacies and groceries were all within walking distance. The shared bathroom was also fine at the place except for the toilet paper. Wish the quality of the tp was better. Overall, a very good place and value for money.

Good place. Good location a few blocks for transportation. I stay for 6 nights check in it was fine instructions were ok but read all the descriptions on the list for a 1-3 nights is a perfect place. But over 3 days is up to you. We bought our own toilet paper and deal with the same sheets for 6 nights. Just read the rules.

Buena ubicación, te puedes mover en autobús o metro super cómodamente. Atocha esta a 5 min en autobús, yo me fui 6am y no tuve tema con el transporte. La habitación está limpia aunque olía un poco a tabaco pero creo que el huésped anterior estuvo fumando y se quedó impregnado. También el roomie preparó mariscos y el departamento quedó impregnado con olor a pescado por días... estaría bueno que dejen algun aromatizante o neutralizador de olores. Ojo: ponle protectores a las ruedas de tu maleta que el piso de Madrid me rompió una llanta.
