We really enjoyed the high end but relaxed atmosphere in the lobby. What a delight to see after jaunting all around Europe. We loved the roof top pool the service and food were incredible. The room was spacious and bathroom was also very luxurious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely make this a destination spot again one day!

If you want to experience the Bernabeu or be close to the stadium for a match or tour the location is perfect and there are lots of good places to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner close to the hotel. The only bug bear we had was that it wasn’t explained to us that access to the roof top pool is from 12noon but you have to check out by 12 noon and can’t use it on the day of departure. Had we known this we would have used the facilities on the day of arrival and instead we had to pay an extra fee for late departure so we could use it on the day or departure. Shame really as our hotel in Seville let us use the facilities on the day of departure without an extra fee all day and it’s not unusual. Given the mistake was the hotels and they didn’t explain it I don’t think we should have been charged a fee and it rather left a bitter taste.

Good location, little bit outside the main city centre with plenty of shops, bars and restaurant nearby plus walking distance of multiple metro stations. Friendly staff throughout our stay in the hotel. Very clean and spacious room, would have preferred to have a double bed instead of two singles pushed together. Bar area is very nice to sit in, staff is attentive and prices are reasonable for a hotel. Would definitely recommend to fellow travellers that prefer to stay a bit outside of the busy city centre!
