Location was the best! Very near Callao with easy access to transportation. Layout of the apartment was very good. The entrance and hallways had a strange smell but once you get to the rental is not noticeable at all. Will stay again.

Excelent location. Very nice and helpful staff. Big enough and very confortable room. Walking distance from all the central places in Madrid. The only minus is the noise of the Gran Via, mainly the sirens of police cars and ambulances all night long. Would be a perfect place to stay if they would make the windows sound proof.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was great — very comfortable and more than enough room for two people. The amenities were excellent, especially having a washer in the unit, which made our trip so much easier. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The location was also perfect — walkable to attractions and shopping, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic and truly appreciated. We would absolutely love to stay here again when we return to Madrid!
