Just back from a short stay. Excellent hotel overall with good dining options. What really stood out to us was the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff we dealt with. The only minor quibble was that the gym, although quite well equipped, was a bit cramped.

Fabulous location with close proximity to the Opera House, Palace and Gran Via (shopping). Wonderful staff, super comfortable rooms with fabulous black out curtains- slept like a baby! At night- hopped up to the 7th floor rooftop bar for an evening snack and drink with a wonderful view of the palace and opera house. Highly recommend!

I would definitely stay here again. High quality service. Turn down at night with water, chocolate, and slippers was an excellent touch. Staff always greeted me by name. I did a Thai massage in the spa- top notch! The pool isn't amazing but we weren't really there for that.
