A wonderfully and tastefully renovated apartment. Able to walk everywhere but close to transport and uber. Delightful neighbourhood with ability to cook and also enjoy local cafes/restaurants. A branch of el corte Ingles nearby for shopping. Pick up some local fare nearby. And enjoy! Highly recommended

The property is well situated for exploring Madrid. It’s located on a semi quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants within meters and just off the Gran Via which is less than a 5 minute walk.

A wonderfully located service apartment in a safe area, very close to the city centre, subway and lots of restaurants. The apartments are well appointed with all the necessary appliances. The only issue is that the front door is unassuming and easy to miss.

Amazing stay at this hotel. They think of everything and you can see this the moment you enter the unit. The staff are always available via a phone call 24/7 after office hours or via WhatsApp during office hours. Location was excellent and close to everything. Would definitely come back and stay here next time I am in Madrid!

Close to tourist attractions and shopping areas, bus stop and subway station. There are many fashionable restaurants within walking distance, making it difficult to choose one. And yet, it is quiet and safe. Not gorgeous by any means, but wonderfully functional.

Excellent option walkable to Gran Via (about 5min) and all main attraction from the center. Easy self check in. Communication with owners at all time via WhatsApp. Apartment is great, all appliances and amenities you might need. Highly recommended.

The stay was excellent. This property is very centrally located. There are 2 baggage storage near the property. I suggested them that if they can have couple of welcome water bottles that will be great, but other than that everything was awesome. Our apartment had access to roof terrace (pics added). Check in was easy and all done by key codes. The place was clean and had all the amenities such as stove, full refrigerator, and washing machine for long stays. Bed was decent and big enough for two people. A little walk to city center, about 20 minutes, but wasn't too bad at all. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Would stay here again.

Nice apartment. Clean. Quiet Convenient location just a bit out of centre. Communication through the booking app didn't work well but they did reach out with check in procedures through email. Found check in forms difficult to upload. Nice to have basics for coffee in morning.

The location was great for seeing a non-touristy part of the city. The room was very small, but it had everything we needed and you don't go for big in Europe. I had an accident while at the apartment and the company couldn't have been any nicer. I would definitely recommend it for folks wanting to get away from the high tourist areas and see some real Madrid.
