It was cute and so clean! The staff was super and very nice. The only thing is that there are no close walkable dining options. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe but is 25 minutes away from central Madrid so you are not close to the touristy areas. Transportation back and forth starts to add up.

Personal muy atento y educado. El único inconveniente es lo alejado del centro de la ciudad que está, lo cual es un handicap a la hora de transportarte hacia los lugares de interés. También tiene ciertas deficiencias en las instalaciones electricas de la habitación y las cerraduras de las puertas son bastante inseguras ya que no cierran bien a la primera. En cambio, es un lugar amplio, moderno y luminoso. Bastante tranquilo y silencioso.

Habitación - Suite Junior: • Capacidad: Perfecta para 2 adultos, un niño de 2 años y 4 meses, y un bebé de 2 meses. • Cama y sofá cama: • Cama de matrimonio con dos almohadas adicionales (4 en total). • Sofá cama ya montado y con sábanas listas (fácil de recoger en segundos si se necesita espacio). • Distribución: • Dos mesas grandes para colocar maletas. • Dos armarios en la entrada para ropa y chaquetas. • Baño: • Espacioso, con bidé, WC, ducha y bañera. • Excelente limpieza. Comodidades: • Mini bar. • Aire acondicionado en perfecto funcionamiento. • Vistas al exterior. • Toallas: Suficientes para cada huésped (4 en total, solicitadas previamente). Espacios comunes y servicios: • Desayuno buffet: Variado y completo, ideal para familias. Opinión general: Anteriormente nos alojamos en habitaciones dobles, pero la elección de la Suite Junior esta vez fue perfecta debido al crecimiento de nuestro hijo mayor, quien ya requiere más espacio. La habitación ofrece una gran comodidad para familias, con detalles bien pensados y servicios de alta calidad. Conclusión: Un hotel muy completo que recomendaría a familias por sus instalaciones, limpieza, atención del personal y comodidades.

Nuesrtra experiencia ha sido insatisfactoria desde que llegamos por lo impersonal que fue nuestra llegada. Hotel poco acogedor y las habitaciones antiguas y con poca insonorizacion que no ayudan al descanso. Y siendo sabado a las 7.30 de la mañana ya se escuchaba la aspiradora del personal de limpieza.
