Stop over in Madrid.

Just stopped over for 2 days. Hotel very nice, unfortunately restaurant not open on weekends. Breakfast very good.

Another great Eurostars we’ve stayed while in Spain. Buffet breakfast has always great selection, delicious and more than adequate. Room is spotless and bed is comfortable. Lemon/orange infused drinking water in lobby is appreciated. Thanks Eurostars, we had a wonderful stay!

Great facilities, not-so-good mattress and pillows

Modern facilities, spacious and clean room, good temperature, bathroom was luxurious and clean. Breakfast buffet was okay, better than average. Our only complain was that the beds and pillows were not comfortable. They were very thin (considering it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel). This by itself will make it difficult to come back.

Nice hotel but facility’s are a joke

First of all I want to say the service was fantastic. The staff were very very good. But, this hotel is in a business district, I had to work half day from the hotel room, there are no kettles in the hotel rooms to boil water, no coffee or tea making facilities. That is insane! I’ve never seen anything like it. Also, the restaurant isn’t open on Friday nights! I tried to get room service and it’s only for two hours every night but not Friday Saturday Sundays. I won’t stay again.

Near rail, but more than an hour from center

When we could not find something more central, we booked this hotel north of the center for a 2 night stay. From the train station it is about a $35 cab ride. But its only a 5 minute walk to the rail. Getting to the Prada Museum required two switches and took just over an hour, but the subway system can really get you anywhere. Othwerise our room was a little noisy but beds were big and hotel was nice.

Our friends recommended the hotel. It's located next to a small mall and the subway is just a few hundred meters walk away. Room was nice and the breakfast was good.

Hotel is nice and conveniently located. However the room I was giving was next to the elevator and the stairs, and I didn’t get any rest! Finally on the last nite I requested to be changed to a different room and they kindly moved me. Also the breakfast is very basic, not many choices.
