This place was a wonderful surprise! It was super clean, smelled amazing and was a few minutes walking distance to major attractions. It doesn’t have elevator, but definitely worth the stay. The staff super friendly and helpful!

Good, safe location to see major sites, room small but adequate, bed relatively comfortable. I had difficulty pre-registering and hence had difficulty getting in to reception because I did not have the code. Seemed to be a glitch in the system. After that was worked out I enjoyed my stay.

When booking I made it clear that I had my 12 year old with us. The website did not say children were not allowed. When I got there, I was told children were not allowed. Luckily, they were nice and let us stay.

The room was very odd. No windows except down a slanted wall/hallway that led to nothing but a very small window that overlooked air units from other rooms. Bathroom wall was so close to the toilet, if sitting you had to sideways. Extremely loud from both hearing others next to you to where the hotel was in Madrid. Heating unit but blew only cold air. No elevator so be able to climb some flights of stairs. And finally, arranged and prepaid for a shuttle/taxi through reception to the airport and the taxi did not show. Since it was 7 am, no reception was available and when I tried calling and sending WhatsApp message several times to assist, received no response. Had to arrange for and pay for another taxi. Definitely not the most relaxing or comfortable accommodations and the taxi mishap added unnecessary stress.

Buen sitio de estadia, En pleno centro, wifi decente, habitaciones limpias, tiene todo lo basico para llegar a solo dormir o descansar un rato. Eso si, no tiene ascensor y tiene algunos pisos para subir, tener en cuenta a la hora de ir con maletas pesadas. Cumple su función
