The hotel is in a great location and the hotel is beautiful. The staff were really friendly and helpful on finding things to do and hidden gems throughout the city. They also allowed us to check-in 3 hours earlier and upgraded our room. The offer free snacks in the dining area in the late afternoon. Would come back to this hotel again.

Monica and Maria were so amazing, and so were the 2 gentleman working the night when we checked in. The hotel is amazing, super clean and comfortable which great amenities. They made our first time in Madrid exceptional. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone!

Wonderful hotel with elegant, well-sized rooms in an excellent, pleasant and quiet location. I loved the comfort and style of my room with old world wallpaper and a marble bathroom a step above the main room. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub, so it was definitely considerably larger than the average bathroom in Europe. Comfortable bed, excellent pillows. The room had a juliet balcony but it was a little hard to access thanks to double doors (contributing to the quiet) and the placement of the desk. I had one room service meal, which was fantastic. The hotel is on a lively but mostly pedestrian street with a lot of character. Great place to stay in Madrid.

Besides the property, the staff, the people who support and serve their guests is the difference. We greatly appreciated their eagerness to assist, help, make our stay comfortable and pleasant.
