I like the spacious triple room with 2 bathroom, the sunroom or patio sitting area. Another nice touch is the complimentary coffee , tea, cookies, milk, musulli, and with a oven, fridge. Feel like at home. Also, close to metro. Highly recommended.

Our room was amazing! The bed was comfortable and we really liked the separate toilet and shower setup. The amenities were in a shared space, which was nice to interact with other travelers, if you want, but perfect to make a quick espresso and grab a cookie. The dip pool was a nice feature, but we didn’t have a chance to use it on our short visit. The front desk gave great recommendations for some local spots to eat as well.

This is a lovely hostal in a very convenient location in Madrid. For un-initiated travelers, it is not a hotel, and it is not a hostel. It is a single floor small hotel with simple but very well maintained rooms and bathrooms. The staff, particularly Aitor, was wonderful. There are nice amenities, such as access to a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove, and free, unlimited coffee, tea, water, cereal, and digestive wafers, it is located one block from the Tirso de Molina Metro Station and was within walking distance to all of the major sites. As long as you’re not expecting a big hotel with big hotel amenities , it’s a great experience.

Great place with a very friendly staff. The hotel location is perfect, many tourists attractions can be done by walking, many restaurants and cafes around and subway station is also available nearby. The fact they have an expresso coffee machine available and refrigerator for guest to use 24 hours is a plus. I definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa du Soleil! We booked the triple room, it was incredibly spacious, providing more than enough comfort. The staff were so kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also found the common areas, especially the kitchen, to be so useful during our trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid and would definitely love to go back again!

Well located and brilliant reception staff. Helpful with storing luggage. Air con not good enough to cool room so thermostat showed was 26 degrees overnight and sleep wasn’t great. Construction work currently at hotel which means entrance impacted and some noise.

Great location. Room was clean with a nice shower and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the AC and fan did not work at night so the room was quite hot. And there was no staff available to help between 10 pm and 10 am. Nice kitchen with complimentary coffee and good selection of teas.

Staff were very friendly. Nice little common area with complimentary tea and coffee. Convenient location. Unfortunately the soundproofing is pretty bad, we could hear everything going on outside the room. WiFi doesn't work in the room that we were staying in, had to go outside for it to work which is a shame.

1 night in Madrid

We had a great one night stay. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Coffee, and a really cool neighborhood with lots of restaurants and tattoo shops which we loved! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and it was exactly what we needed for 1 night! It was about a 20min walk from Atocha train station and just under a 30min Uber to the airport. Definitely recommend!
