The lift from the ground floor was not working If you walked up 2 flights of stairs then it worked to take you to the 4th floor. As it is on a pedestrians zone, it is noisy until 5am, even weekdays.

Son muy amables y hasta toman tu equipaje antes de tu check in para que puedas ir a ver la ciudad un rato antes de descansar. Los cuartos estaban muy limpios y el precio bastante accesible, sin duda uno de los mejores lugares para quedarte en Gran Vía. Olvidamos unos lentes y ellos hicieron todo lo posible por entregárnoslos. De regresar a la zona me volvería a quedar con ellos.

Me parece extremadamente caro para lo que ofrecen... se nota que lo unico que quieren es ganar sin gastarse ni un centimo... Cortina muy transparente que hace pasar la luz Decoracion super antigua. Una verguenza pagar ese dinero por esa habitacion Me encontre con un biccho en la habitacion Nunca volveria

La limpieza y atención del personal fueron excelentes. La ubicación ya que está cerca del centro andando y a pocos minutos. Lo que no me gustó es que no está bien insonorizado, nuestra habitación era exterior y se escuchaba todos los ruidos de la calle. Por lo demás todo bien.

Etant donné le covid nous n avons pas été à Rayuela mais à Palacios au n°25 de la meme rue. Bon acceuil , très propre , bonne literie . Par contre beaucoup de bruit la nuit à cause des gens qui parlent fort dans l 'entrée et aussi des bruits de la salle de bain commune (une nuit jusqu à 3h du matin)

On a aimé l' emplacement parfait à 2 pas de la place Chueca et donc du metro, la propreté, la gentillesse des gens. On a moinx aimé la taille de la chambre, la chaleur du couloir, l'isolation un peu légère. Un eapport qualité prix imbattable
