Great place for familes

Amazing spacious apartment with all facilities and great a host. Location is also close to a couple of metro stations and to many restaurants and supermarkets. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Madrid

The front desk personnel were very helpful. The property was clean, had a new modern kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. The bedroom was a decent size but tight space at the foot of the bed. Two twin beds were pushed together but the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The apartment had everything we needed for our 4-day stay. I think there are two separate buildings and we were in the back apartment building (5th floor) so there is no view of the street, just the back side of another building that was very close to us, so we didn't open the drapes. You can hear the elevator and people talking in the hallway, otherwise, it's fairly quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay there.

We recently stayed at an apartment hotel in Madrid with our family and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the range of amenities available. The spacious apartment provided ample room for our family, and the kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. Even with a late check-in, the process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to their efficient after-hours procedures. Located in a bustling area close to the train station, the convenience of the location cannot be overstated. Despite the busy surroundings, the apartment provided a peaceful retreat, allowing us to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, our stay at this apartment hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations in Madrid. Likte at kommunikasjonen var enkel. Engelsk talende. Hyggelig resepsjonist. Rent og pent soverom og bad. Enkelt å komme seg inn ut av leiligheten. Masse butikker og lignende rett utenfor. Flere Metro stasjoner på gang avstand. Bodde der i 3 netter med kona og sønn på 14 år og neste gang jeg kommer til madrid så ville jeg absolutt bod der igjen. Anbefales.

Perfekt ophold

Det var helt perfekt til en familie på fire. Vi kunne gå ind til centrum. Metroen lå dog kun 5 min. Væk på gåben. Der var handlemuligheder lige ved siden af. Da vi tjekkede ud, kunne vores kufferter stå dér, indtil vi skulle til lufthavnen. Der var gjort fint rent. Der var alt hvad man skulle bruge. Vi vil helt klart benytte den lejlighed igen!

Rai and Bella the concierge were always available to help with any questions. Would highly recommend this unit, well located, lovely outdoors terrace. Only thing needs changing is the sofa, it was uncomfortable. However it does not stop me from awarding 5 stars and when we return to Madrid this will be our go to place.
