A new well maintain property, very confortable in terms of size, furniture, well equipped, with refrigerator, microwave, dishes, etc (except only one towel per person, no extra pillows, no extra blankets, only 2 hangers). The unit was clean and very well maintained. Internet was good to attend on line meetings. The location is nice, however if you are seeking to do tourism in Madrid, is secluded for it.

The hotel is an apartment complex, it was quiet and safe. There was also laundry available onsite. The rooms were quiet and spacious, 1bedroom apartment style. There wasn't much in close walking distance, it took about 20 mins or so to walk to food. The ping pong table, foosball table and pool were great amenities. There is a beautiful park nearby maybe 3-4 mins walk.

Brand new property. Compact apartment style with lots of amenities. Not an especially remarkable area, adjacent to the airport but still a 15-20 minute cab ride. Only complaint is the bathroom floor. Open concept but the floor grade causes water to pool over whole floor to the door and not drain. Providing a squeegee to help it drain would be a temporary solution to fixing it.
