Our stay was fine in general. However, this location has no front desk. This means that you have to "self check-in" which is a bit of an inconvenience especially if you arrive late, tired to then start filling out form on your phone for all members in your travelling group. The location is excellent, very convenient. Thank you,

We started and ended our Madrid stay in this libere property bc the location is unbeatable and this concept of "managed apartment style kinda hotel" is awesome. Place is clean, comfortable, warm, breakfast is ample, staff responsive. Definitely will look for other libere units on future travels.

I had quite an underwhelming experience staying here. The building is excellently located within the city center, but they fail to mention that literally right next to it is a trash depository, for which the truck comes in the middle of the night, roughly between midnight and 3am and it’s quite loud. Makes sense why they would provide earplugs in the “welcome gifts”, but fail to mention that this is really important for people trying to enjoy a quiet night of sleep, and I’m pretty sure you can hear the loud truck from any of the apartments in the building. They have storage lockers for luggage which can be quite useful if needed, as well as a breakfast that you can purchase. The breakfast was nicely set up and neatly kept but the selection of items fell short of expectations to be honest, I just felt like it was missing some important items, such as eggs (to clarify, they do have a Spanish tortilla, but there is more potatoes than eggs in them). Ultimately, and for reasons unknown to me, the second day at the apartment, the stairs and bathroom vent/exhaust fans were absolutely covered in dust, which I suppose was just not cleaned properly before I arrived with my family. Overall, I would suggest considering other options as well because this feels cheap for what they charge.

Absolutely unbeatable location!!! Walking distance from all sites, metro stations, shopping, grocery and about a 100 restaurants of all creeds. Clean, nice studios own your own. Come and go as you please. Ample breakfast on-site if you so choose. Spaniards don't sleep and you can hear that at 3am from the narrow street below.

Excellent location, very friendly, helpful and professional staff and the room was very spacious and well equipped. The establishment could use more luggage lockers though, however, this is not to be seen as a negative comment at all, it is simply a suggestion. We really enjoyed our stay at Libere Madrid Palacio Real, it is clean, ideally located (walking distance from all the major attractions yet in a quiet street), and comfortable. You can't go wrong with it!

Location is excellent. Breakfast is fabulous. However the windows are not well- sealed therefore there would be noise coming from the street. The curtain did not work therefore could not use the sofa bed in the living room.

A few operations hiccups and team responded expeditiously. Location is perfect we never once took a train. All sites within walking distance and shopping. Great restaurants nearby. Try Cuban restaurant La Negra Tomasa where locals frequent, they have live Cuban music.there are many prefix lunch menu options within walking distance of hotel. I recommend highly!

-This hotel is centrally located and could walk to many of the sites. Plenty of outdoor and indoor restaurants and in a good shopping area. -The room was large, bathroom was a little small but adequate, and we really didn’t use the kitchen, but it was nice to have access to a refrigerator. -Communication was great. -the only negative is that he bed was vey squeaky…good thing we are an old married couple and not newlyweds!

Really great central location. Very easy to check in. Basic, clean and modern amenities, no frills which is perfect for us. Breakfast was super basic so you won’t necessarily be able to fill up for the day but that’s ok as Madrid is relatively cheap. Excellent experience.

A nice place to stay in Madrid city center

Stayed for 4 nights. Overall, this is a good property to stay in Madrid. Its location is excellent for exploring the city. The property is very efficiently run and the staff at the dining room are very friendly. Due to the lack of visible staff at the check-in area, I had a terrible time to deal with a few unexpected problems.
