From checking in to their cleanliness, restaurants and housekeeping staff and unforgettable stay. The breakfast buffet was really outstanding, and the spa I got a massage from Lucia and she was great. The location is incredible, it is close to everything. I had a tour through Barcelo Experiences and I could not access the museum but one quick call to William at the front desk from the museum and he immediately resolved the issue for me. I will most definitely be stayi bff at this hotel again when I return to Madrid ♥️🌸

Highly recommended. From location, accessibility, room cleanliness, staff hospitality, amenities - all great! Walking distance to everything you can ask for if you are visiting Madrid. We stayed in a suite and it was amazing! The bathroom is beautiful! The living space and dining is very spacious. The balcony is small but it will do for an afternoon tea or coffee. 5 out 5 or maybe more if possible! The stay is worth the price!

The location is perfect! The metro station is just steps away, taxis are always available, and you can easily walk to nearby plazas, parks, and restaurants—everything is incredibly convenient. The staff truly made the experience exceptional, especially Josefina at reception, who was attentive and genuinely friendly. We also appreciated the warm welcome from the team offering drinks while we waited—it was a lovely touch. Everything at this hotel exceeded expectations: the rooms, sauna, linens, towels, and the restaurant in the lobby were all outstanding. I will definitely be booking again.

Room was lovely. Few small cleanliness issues, but nothing too concerning. The staff were super helpful....from the check in staff (especially Izitan) to the concierge team. We were on the 8th floor so had easy access to the gym, pool and sauna. Hotel was in a great location and right near a metro.
