Staff is top notch . This hotel is my home in Madrid . I feel overly safe and trust me Fernando is the best staff I have ever dealt with . His patience and ability to help whenever he can . Close to super market and the designer out is a few minutes walk .

El agua de desagüe del lavabo salía por el plato de ducha. Las habitación congeladas y con una calefacción pésima. En el desayuno el microondas sin limpiar desde que se compró. Penoso. No recomiendo a nadie quedarse por el mismo dinero muchas mejores opciones en la zona.

Esperiencia mala . Una noche entera apestado por un intenso olor y humo a mari guapa. Ruidos durante toda ka noche . La habitacion tenia una puerta que comunicaba con la habitacion contigua cerrada con un pequeño pestillo y los ocupantes de la habitacion de al lado intentaron abrir en varias ocasiones a lo largo de la nadrugada .El no haber perdonal nocturno hace impisible revertir cualquier problema . No recomiendo .
