They held our luggage for us before check-in and after check-out which was very helpful. They also lock the front door at night when there's no front desk person (you just scan your card to get in) which makes it feel safer. Room was clean and housekeeping comes daily I believe. Lots of food and stuff in the area too. I'd stay here again!

My sister and I had a lovely stay at the Atipico Hotel. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were in great conditions. The hotel had a nice rooftop and common lounge area. What I like most about this place was that it was near the Manuel Becerra station and the Ventas station! Easy to commute and explore around Madrid

Almost everything was perfect, when I checked in the ac wasn’t working on my original room but the receptionist gave me a different room. The only thing I didn’t like about the room is that it was smaller than our original room. It was a little hard for us to move around. Other than that the room was clean and we were able to sleep comfortably. For sure I will book again in my next trip

Very happy with everything!

Friendly staff there welcoming you, rooms are small but clean and modern and super quiet! We slept really good! Location is great with metro next to it! Many restaurants in the area and shops to buy food!
