마드리드 시내를 즐기기에는 최고인 아파트 입니다. 안전하고 편한한 위치 입니다. 산 미구엘 시장이 보이는 곳에 아파트가 있으며, 만약 렌트를 하시더라도 바로 앞에 주차장이 있어서 마치 아파트 주차장에 세워놓으신듯.. (단지 주차비가 좀 나옵니다. 1일에 30유로?)

This was probably our favorite location ever in Madrid... The apartment is incredibly located within it all and in less than 10 minutes you can be at so many different iconic Madrid spots. The apartment itself was a dream! Definitely made us feel as if it was our home in Madrid as opposed to a place we were just staying in. Would definitely stay there again!

Location on the Calle Mayor across the street from the Plaza Mayor and walking distance to most historic places was very convenient. However, that made it very noisy all night. Just be prepared for that. We thought it was very cute and perfect for us.

Great 3 bedroom apartment in fabulous location, right across from Plaza Mayor. Air conditioner worked great, which was one of the few we encountered that actually cooled the rooms on our trip. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped, and having coffee available was so nice. Apartment common areas were spacious. Would stay here again!

When we got to apartment the guy at front desk said we could get in apartment in 1/2 hour ( we were exhausted from overnight flight)& then we sat in lobby for 2 hours... w/ not even a car in lobby... just tell us it will be 2 o’clock. Then when we checked out another communication problem.. we. Sat and watched the desk clerk set up computer, take in trash cans ..... 1/2 hour later... asked what are we waiting for & he said oh you’re done????Reallly he could have said you are all checked out? Aspasios Madrid - We will definitely stay again

It was a great stay for all 4 of us. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bathroom and kitchen were tidy and amenities are available. Most important feature of this aprtmentyis it’s prime location. It’s right in the middle of everything a tourist needs to be.

Great location in old town but only 15 mins walk from centre of new town. Plenty of bars and restaurants in immediate area. We stayed 3 times in a month; twice in a studio apartment and once in a larger one bed apartment. The studio is quite OK for a couple but has no real views. The one bedder is spacious and has two balconies overlooking the street. Noise didn't worry us and staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a lift malfunction on the last 2 days caused problems but hopefully this is a rare fault. Would definitely stay here again

Estuve en el apartamento entre los días 28 y 29 de mayo y todo funcionó perfectamente pague en el local con tarjeta por eso reserve para el dia 20 de junio y avise que llegaria pasada la media noche me enviaron una. Clave para entrar el problema fue que tras un día larguísimo no funcionó llame al teléfono y me contesto que no había echo el pago y que pagara a esa hora de la madrugada por internet la verdad no me gusta que me traten como estafador aclaro que la reserva ya estaba garantizada con mi tarjeta perdí tiempo y paciencia

Last day staff open the door before time to check out, to clean the room, I stop her ! Then just at 11 am staff come again to tell me that I have to go in that moment ! We were 15 minutes late to the check out, not half hour, not at 1 pm. We leave at 11:15 am. Very rude staff,
