This apartment is very well located, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. Transport is simple, with taxis and public options easily accessible. Just note that there isn’t an onsite reception, so you’ll need to coordinate a time to meet for key collection.

I’ll start with the staff. They were very attentive and available when needed. Next, the location. The property is situated with a few steps from the Gran Via by the Plaza de Callao. This is the social hub. And while there is activity past midnight all night, in the room, it was total silence. Next the Property itself. It was clean. The bathroom modern, the bed comfortable, and with the grocery one block away, we were able to have snacks and breakfast in the room before heading out.

Good points: Excellent communications and updates from Christian، he is someone who know his work and possess great manners، communication and hospitality skills Location: Come out of Apartment and you are in Gran Via، where life exits، all shopping and eating places near by Bed mattresses were of good quality، comfortable and great for good night sleep۔ Not so good points: WIFI was not good، ended up using my mobile network internet، also effected streaming on smart TV Property needs up-grading، path from room to exit door had bad smell، lifts also had same issues، wear and tear easily visible on the floor، walls I am sure if lanlord upgrades building he will definitely get better rent out rates considering everything else was fantastic and was maintained well otherwise۔

Noisy & terrible customer service

Unfortunately a stay with great potential - ruined. We arrived at the property exactly on the time advised - only to wait around for 20 minutes to get in as they thought someone else would be available to let us in. The apartment and location is very good - but its sold as a sound proof room and unfortunately its far from that. The noise in the main bedroom made it unusable. Traffic noise both from just outside, and the main road. We messaged the hotel after day 2 and got no response. Day 3 on checking out - we messaged again only to be told it might be because of parties in the local area which is just false information. There is clearly a fault with the room we stayed in and the hotel did nothing about it. Submitting a claim afterwards - the hotel are not budging saying everything was fine - hotels.com are hiding behind not being the provider of the hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, a unos cuantos pasos de la Gran Vía y todas sus atracciones y transportes. Cuenta con una cocina muy equipada y un supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina, es muy silencioso por la noche y está bastante nuevo. Además, María y Christian están siempre muy atentos para recibierte y orientarte en lo que necesites. Sin duda es una excelente opción.

The place is centrally located, the house was very clean and well organized. Christian welcomed us and the entire checkin and checkout was seamless. Christian provided us with great inputs on places to go and economic alternatives. Only downside is the noise of the street - given the location, there is always noise from outside and much worse at night when people after a night of partying and drinking are making a lot of noise - the house is not well sound proofed and it’s not easy to sleep at night with all the noise .

The Apartment itself was in excellent conditions, very confortable. If you have a heavy and bid luggage, be prepare to take the stairs up one floor to catch the elevator. After that when you get in the apt inside the apt is very good. The street where it is located is pedestrian and in the early morning the shouting and fighting are endless. The inexplicable thing is that there is a police station at the end of the street. To catch a taxi you have to tell the admin people to call one, if not you have to go with your luggage to gran via to get one

There were 5 of us staying at this place and it was spacious enough for us and one of the larger places we found in Madrid. The welcoming service and the cleaning service was great! When we arrived they helped us with our luggage and walked us through the place, WiFi information, filtered water, fridge and small freezer, and recommended places nearby. For someone who loves Indian food we loved that curry house was right next door as well as so many other food options: kfc, honest greens, boba tea place, ramen, vegan, etc. This place is in a prime and central location with shopping, food, activities, and clubs/bars.

Fin och ren lägenhet med centralt läge

Läget var verkligen perfekt. Många restauranger att välja mellan i närheten och precis utanför fanns det en 24h minilivs. Promenadavstånd till shopping och de sevärdheter vi var intresserade av. Det skickades bra self check-in instruktioner. Lägenheten var ren och fin. Enda nackdelen var att det var dålig ljudisolering på ett av sovrummen och vardagsrummet, där det fanns en bäddsoffa, som låg mot stora gatan, så sömnen stördes pga mycket bilar och folk som gick ute och var högljudda varje natt. Väldigt bra med två badrum då vi var 6 pers som delade lägenheten. Hissarna var små men OK, då vi tog trapporna resterande dagar förutom vid in- och utcheckning då vi hade en stor resväska med oss.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of everything you want in Madrid. We had access to all grocery stores and restaurants within 2 blocks. We also had at least 4 theatres within 2 blocks of the apartment. The apartment itself was a pristine, modern and very clean place with all the requirements anyone would need for long or short stays. The Host was super pleasant, helpful and gave us the confidence to be relaxed for the week long stay we had there. We will definitely recommend this Host to anyone traveling to Madrid and we will definitely use this same Host in any future visits to Madrid.
