Carol, the receptionist went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with all our needs. We had a wonderful experience. It was very quiet. Breakfast was included and very good. We were leaving earlier than breakfast was being served one day and they offered to bring it to our room the day prior. Laundry facilities were available. Plenty of hot water for showers. Place was quaint and clean. Air conditioning allowed us to regulate the temperature to a comfortable climate. Customer service was very good. I would recommend to others.

A great place to stay!

We had a pleasant stay at blume Cruz suites. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was also perfect as it was near all the main attractions. Highly recommend staying here!

The staff was very helpful and even stayed late to help us get checked in and settled. Blume Cruz Suites was responsive and check-in was easy. Hotel is well-situated in the center of the city...easy to walk everywhere.

Loved staying at this hotel. The apartment was very clean and the staff super friendly. The location was excellent as it allowed us to walk to many of the city's major attractions. It's a five stars in it's own way and we loved it.

We got the adjoining rooms and the set up was good for a family of 4. Decent AC, which you need in Spain in summer. There is a balcony but it is tiny--only one person can be on it at a time.

Excellent! Very clean and not just modern and renovated but also beautiful art decorations, on walls in the room and hallways and elevator. Unique dresser, storage area and a safe. Includes all the amenities of an apartment, including full kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, toaster, etc. Our room/studio included a Juliette balcony which you can fit two chairs or a chair and a small table where you can have a coffee and enjoy the street beneath. It’s very close to the city center and everything is walkable. So if you want to be near city center this would be very nice. Soundproof doors to the balcony and very quiet when closed. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving us proper directions to metro stations, city center and attractions! Recommend!

I loved it! The staff in the hotel were amazing! They went above and beyond. The rooms were super cute and the balcony view was suberb! Felt like a vintage Madrid aesthetic. The only thing I wish for is for them to not have charged us extra for the wine bottle when I requested it. The wine bottle should have been there and should have been complementary. They did offer one after we paid for it. However, aside from that I had a wonderful stay! Might be back in the future!

This hotel was way better than we expected. Rodrigo, the Front Desk was very cordial and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and very clean, the bed was soft and nice, the shower had excellent water pressure, and it was very quiet! This hotel is in the center of Madrid, very busy streets, full of people at all times but once you close the balcony doors you do not hear a beep! I fully recommended.
