We had a two bedroom unit and it was lovely for a family. It was great to have the washing machine and dishwasher while on vacation. We had breakfast included which was a morning basket with fruit, bread, cereal and milk. Some variety would have been nice as the basket is the same every morning. The place could use few towel hooks and better check in instructions but we would definitely go back.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff at reception, clean large room. Had a room on the 5th floor overlooking the street. Beds are large, we shared a room between 3 - 1 king size bed and 1 single pull out bed. The kitchenette was a nice addition and great if you want to make something in/ warm food. Windows are triple glazed so noise from the street is reduced. The hotel has a small pool and roof bar- unfortunately these were closed due to the time of year. The location is great too, about 5 mins to Gran Via, 5 mins to Purto de Sol, and 10-15 min to El Retiro park. Would stay again.

Very nice apartment-hotel

Nice hotel with kitchenette and all the supplies. Well located near the center and walkable distance to many attractions. The reception is not open during night and the pool was not open in end-April. The staff was very friendly, spoke English very well and replied emails in minutes. The place is very clean. Price a bit expensive given it was not the high season.
